Originating from France, Picpoul is a white grape variety well suited to the Mediterranean climate of McLaren Vale.

This Picpoul has a delicate bouquet of lemon pith, kaffir lime and granny smith apples with hints of sea spray and fragrant elderflower. With great energy, vibrancy and flinty texture, this wine has lovely weight and acid line - ready for freshly shucked oysters or seafood dishes!
