Our purpose-built cellar door is perched high above the vineyard with sweeping views across Blewitt Springs, the Mount Lofty Ranges and McLaren Vale.

Join us for an owner-led wine tasting, or simply settle in with a glass of Larnook and a selection of local produce on the verandah or lawn.

Surrounded by native scrub and wildlife, our cellar door is a place to slow down, enjoy the view and connect the wine in your glass with the land, people and stories behind it.

Tastings $15 per person, redeemable on takeaway wine purchase.

FAQs

What are your opening hours?

Larnook Cellar Door is open from Thursday to Sunday 11am to 5pm. All other days are by appointment only. We are closed on Christmas Day.

Do you charge for tastings?

Yes, our tasting fee is $15 for a selection of 5 wines. The fee will be waived if you purchase wines to take home after your tasting.

How long does a wine tasting take?

Allow approximately 45 minutes to enjoy your Larnook wine tasting at a relaxed pace.

Should we book?

Bookings are not essential, but we do recommend you book ahead during busy periods. Please notify us if you will be late so we can ensure we reserve you some space.

Should we book for children and non-drinkers?

Yes, please book for the total group to ensure we reserved enough space for you to enjoy your experience comfortably.

What is the largest group size we can book for?

Please contact us to discuss groups larger than 8 people. A group charge will apply.

Is Larnook accessible?

Yes, Larnook Cellar Door is accessible for visitors with mobility requirements. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before your visit so we can make sure we can best accommodate you.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Children are welcome, but must remain supervised. For safety and the enjoyment of other guests, balls and ball games aren’t permitted.

Are dogs allowed?

No. Dogs aren’t permitted due to the abundant native wildlife and natural habitat surrounding Larnook.

Can I bring my own food or have a picnic?

No BYO food or picnics, please. A selection of local produce is available to purchase at the cellar door.

Is food available?

Yes. A selection of local produce is available to purchase. You can select from a range of delicious charcuterie and build your own platter to suit your taste.

Are your wines vegan friendly?

Yes, all of our wines are vegan friendly. We do not use animal products in our grapegrowing or winemaking!
